This app is really good. I got it for my wife and these excercises are actually very helpful. This can be used for anything and the excercises are very good.
It is the most comprehensive and popular yoga training application.Make your plan and execute,it will be effective.
Very useful yoga app I have downloaded ever . Everyday play yoga with it,fantastic.
Love the app way cheaper then actually going into a studio and more convenient with my hectic schedule
This is a very specialized prenatal yoga applications. Pregnant designed for pregnant women develop. Pregnant women can easily practice yoga.
My chiropractor recommended I start yoga to help offset the gradual imbalances. They really put a lot of thought into this app and Im actually excited to exercise now.

Some bad moments

Im not happy with paying for an app that doesnt work. Keeps saying redownload the app which Ive done repeatedly.
It incorporates low impact cardio and strength moves so its a total body workout that is consistently moving.
Personally I support the idea that it is important to keep a mother healthy and strong during pregnancy. This is not only for her but also for the infant. Doing yoga seems to be a good way to keep a strong body, so this app may have the benefits.
Do not even bother with this app. Very little yoga moves and not worth a buck. I wish I could return it!
Wish I could get my dollar back. It has this awful animated blob of a pregnant lady flashing back and forth between views of a pose. Not very much yoga in it and with how quickly the image flashes around it is not at all conducive to meditative poses.
Besides the site constantly taking me back and forth to the app store... I was disappointed to find there were no instructional videos. The pictures are limited and cannot be enlarged to ensure you are doing the pose correctly. I would be fine with it had it been free but i paid for information i could have googled for free :-(
